Does it work?
Two questions wearing one coat. Does the mechanism work — yes, and it is not really disputed. Will it work for you — that depends on one thing and I will name it.
Why the mechanism works
Platforms measure whether a post kept people on the platform. A post that sends someone away costs the platform a session, so its reach gets trimmed. A post that generates replies did the opposite, so it gets shown to more people.
Asking for a one-word comment rather than a click puts your selling action on the rewarded side of that. The harder it sells, the more reach it earns. That is not a trick, it is just reading the incentive correctly.
What working looks like, honestly
| By | Realistic |
|---|---|
| Week 2 | The system is running. Possibly no money. |
| Week 4 | Enough replies to know if your posts land |
| Week 8 | Enough data to know if the offer converts |
The seller's own report is blunter about this than the emails are: eighteen comments and no sales in the first fortnight reads like failure and is roughly on track. Set your expectations at week eight, not day fourteen.
The one thing it depends on
Whether you post in October. Not the niche, not the offer, not the tooling. The variance between two people running an identical method dwarfs the variance between methods, and everyone knows this and nobody plans for it.
Test it free, this fortnight
Post three times asking for a one-word reply. Count replies. That tests the mechanism and your follow-through at the same time, and it costs nothing.
If you get replies and you enjoyed doing it, buy before 24 September 2026, 11:59pm Pacific. If you did not post at all, that is the answer and it saved you $2,497.
