Five for five on the right side. That is not a small thing — most of what gets sold at this price fails at least two.
The honest caveats, because they belong here
The earnings figure is students' aggregate sales, not anyone's income and not typical. The method takes longer than the first fortnight to show anything, and the seller's own report says so. The urgency copy overstates the seat scarcity.
None of those makes it a scam. All of them are things a page telling you it is "100% legitimate!!" would have skipped.
Where the risk actually sits
Not in the seller. In whether you run it. That is the honest failure mode here and it is the same one behind most disappointed buyers of anything at this price.
