My take on the price
$2,497 is a lot of money. Whether it is too much comes down to one decision the course leaves entirely to you, and here is the arithmetic.
Two ways to pay. $2,497 once, or six payments of $497 which comes to $2,982. The plan costs $485 more. Nobody seems to print those two figures side by side, so there they are.
Is $2,497 expensive? Obviously yes. It is a lot of money for anyone, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. But "is it expensive" turns out to be the wrong question, because the answer does not help you decide anything. The useful question is how many sales it takes to cover it, and that one has a real answer.
The sum I wish someone had shown me
| What you promote | Commission | You keep per sale | Sales to cover $2,497 |
|---|---|---|---|
| $47 product | 30% | $14 | 178 |
| $97 product | 40% | $39 | 64 |
| $197 product | 40% | $79 | 32 |
| $497 product | 50% | $248 | 11 |
Same posts. Same evenings. Same person doing the work.
Eleven sales against a hundred and seventy-eight is not a slower version of the same result. It is a completely different year. And here is the part that matters for the price question: the course teaches you how to get attention, but it does not choose what you point that attention at. That decision is yours, and it moves the real cost of this purchase more than anything on the order page does.
So when somebody tells me the course was too expensive, the first thing I ask is what they were promoting. It is almost always the top row.
Why people end up in the top row
Cheap products feel easier to sell. They are, a little. But a $47 product is not sixteen times easier to sell than a $497 one, which is what that table needs for the cheap option to come out ahead. Two people can put in identical work for three months and finish in completely different places, and neither of them will be able to tell you why.
The other reason is that high-ticket programmes look like they will turn a beginner away. Plenty of them do not. The famous ones that do are the reason the belief sticks.
The payment plan, honestly
Pay once if you can. The $485 buys you nothing except spreading the cost, and it is real money — roughly three years of the domain and hosting you will actually need.
But if spreading it is genuinely what makes this possible, take the plan without guilt. That is exactly what it is for. Somebody who takes the plan and keeps posting for twelve weeks has spent their money far better than somebody who pays once and stops in week four.
What the price does and does not include
Included: eight weeks of structure, the post templates, a set of AI tools, a weekly session where a live offer is taken apart, and an AI coach trained on the programme.
Not included: anywhere of your own to send the traffic. You come out with an account you do not control and a link in your bio pointing at somebody else's sales page. That is worth planning for on day one rather than discovering in month four.
Running costs on top are small if you are sensible: around $20 a year for a domain, and free tiers cover hosting, scheduling and email for most of the first year. Anybody quoting you a $300 a month tool stack as a beginner is selling you the tool stack.
The refund terms change the maths
Mark originally planned to require that you finish the first three modules before a refund. He dropped that in the session. A refund costs him around a hundred dollars in processing and he said he would rather carry that than make people prove anything. He only asks that you do not join already planning to ask for your money back.
For a price question that matters, because it caps how wrong you can be inside the window. The window is shorter than the time this method takes to produce a sale, though, so treat it as a chance to check the training is complete and that you will actually do the work, not as a trial of whether it makes money.
Where I land
$2,497 is fair for what is in it, if you promote something that pays properly. It is poor value if you promote a $47 product, and no refund policy fixes that.
So the price question and the offer question are the same question. Decide what you will promote before you buy, and the price stops being the thing you are worried about.
